Operating more sustainably – moving more intelligently

What seemed like the future yesterday is often already reality today.

At DHL Freight, we rely on two key drivers to make logistics more sustainable: technology and responsibility. Our latest progress report on the Green Technology Roadmap highlights the milestones we’ve already reached on our journey into the future – and where we’re headed together with our partners.

👉 In Hamburg, battery-electric trucks are replacing diesel vehicles for Satair – saving over 30 tonnes of CO₂e per year.

👉 With our new EV Centers of Excellence in Germany, we offer tailored logistics solutions for the electric vehicle supply chain.

👉 And artificial intelligence? It’s already improving route planning – reducing emissions, cutting costs, and increasing efficiency.

What connects all these initiatives? A clear course toward net zero – and a commitment to aligning ecological responsibility with economic performance.

The future runs on clean energy. And thinks digitally.

We’re ready for the next milestone. Are you?
