In response, 86% are actively taking steps to protect their businesses financially, with hybrid working emerging as a cornerstone and key enabler, HR Executive.
  • In today’s evolving workforce, traditional benefits no longer satisfy younger workers—especially Gen Z. Employers must adapt by designing benefits that prioritize mental, financial, and overall well-being, while allowing for personalization and relevance, Insurance NewsNet.

Tango's Take: Tango's Take: Gen Z’s call for flexibility and well-being isn’t just about perks—it’s about how the workplace itself enables those outcomes. At Tango, we help organizations create work environments that adapt to evolving employee expectations. Our Workplace solution gives leaders visibility into how space is being used, enabling strategies that support hybrid work, wellness initiatives, and smarter resource allocation. By aligning workplace design with employee needs, companies can offer the flexibility and balance Gen Z values—while also driving efficiency and long-term success.

  • AI ethics policies should balance compliance, culture, and trust—while staying flexible as technology evolves. 🏠 Real Estate

🌱 Energy & Sustainability

  • Forbes highlights the enormous upside of climate action, projecting a potential $4.4 trillion economic payoff. The argument is clear that companies that invest in decarbonization and resilience aren’t just being altruistic, but making the smartest long-term business bet, Forbes.
