Same same but different? Not with this story…….
Once upon a time, there was an exceptionally talented recruiter, who was highly regarded by clients and candidates, but lived, in the deep dark wood with very little natural light. They spent their days dreaming of an opportunity where they had the freedom to make their ideas a reality.
On the other side of the wood, an Entrepreneur was busy creating an exciting new proposition that focused on connecting their highly specialised network of ex-military servicemen and women, and introducing them to their high profile specialist, business connections.
The talented recruiter longed for a role where they could see the light, shape their future, make a difference to others, create long term solutions for businesses, develop a career with a promising future and work with trusted colleagues and industry advisers.
One day our Entrepreneur, who had previous experience of being a dragon (in a den), decided that she needed a super talented recruiter to come build her proposition, create ideas, develop already existing relationships into flourishing ones, and challenge the norm around ex-military solutions and programmes.
Does this story end happily ever after?......
.......It does if you want it to.
