Tasty progress at former Biscuit Factory
Significant progress has been made on the Bermondsey project in South London, with the concrete frame on this residential development now reaching level 15 and both towers beginning to take shape.
This project on the site of a former Biscuit Factory includes 472 apartments spread across the two towers, along with spa and swimming amenities. Once complete, it will deliver over 500,000 square feet of new residential space, marking a major milestone for our client, Greystar.
The project remains on schedule, with the façade expected to reach level 17 by the end of 2025. It has also recently been acknowledged with a CCS Silver Award, highlighting the quality and care invested in the work.

York Central reaches milestone
Our York Central project achieved a key milestone in July with the first phase of the infrastructure works opening to the public for the first time. The first phase of the £150m new infrastructure includes a new 1.5km development spine road with associated footways, cycleways, bus routes, extensive SUDS (Sustainable Drainage Systems) and soft landscaping.
Our team have been working collaboratively with lead client Homes England land and key project stakeholders City of York Council, Network Rail and the National Railway Museum to deliver this technically challenging brownfield remediation and infrastructure scheme to achieve this key milestone. It remains a fascinating project in such a historical area.

Sisk team completes swim from Sweden to Denmark
Huge congratulations to our incredible Øresund swim team, who successfully completed a 20km relay from Barsebäck, Sweden to Bellevue Beach in Denmark, in just seven hours!
Together, our team have raised an outstanding €29,000 in support of the neo-natal unit at Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH). This cause is especially meaningful to the team, as Dave Cotter has a personal connection through his late wife Katrina, who previously worked at CUMH.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who has donated so far, any further donations can be made here: https://lnkd.in/eQ5HZucQ
