Tech Job Market Report 2016
At the start of the year, we predicted that the prospects for Information and Technology recruitment were good, with recruitment figures back to pre-recession levels. Companies were hiring and, as a result the demand for skilled professionals was outstripping supply.
But why was this the case? Was there a skills gap? Were highly skilled professionals looking for new challenges? And what were the drivers that influenced a candidate when they were looking for a new role?
To understand more about the market, for both contract and permanent staff, we partnered with Dice, to survey over 1,200 UK tech professionals and 200 recruitment professionals to create a comprehensive Computer Futures Job Market Report, containing salary insight, market expectations on future remuneration, mobility, social media and more.
We hope you find this report useful. If you have any questions with regards to the report, don’t hesitate to get in touch with either myself or one of my colleagues.
