Having met its road and premises targets originally due in January 2027, the programme is now focusing on addressing "total not-spots" - areas with no mobile signal from any operator. Already, 16 new shared masts have been activated across Scotland, England, and Wales, bringing vital connectivity to previously unserved rural communities.
