The Train-the-Trainer program by Subject Matter Expert Trainer, Gary Rush, IAF CPF | Master is an experience-based training that prepares you to deliver my Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique class.
You will learn “how” my class is structured and “why”, “how to” lead and deliver a successful class, concepts in adult education, and “how to” adapt the class to your method of teaching.
You also will practice by leading and delivering a class lesson and receive a personal assessment from me.
You also are eligible to receive up to 4 hours of coaching from me during the first year after completion of the Train-the-Trainer program to help you grow your skills, improve your performance, and achieve your goals.
