Our Life, Leadership & Engagement Academy (LLEA) provides a unique and leading edge programme combining informative subjects with innovative learning experiences, and can be underpinned throughout by a mentoring programme to help quickly embed the learning once back in the workplace. Run purposely as an open programme, with a maximum group size of 12, the academy provides the opportunity to meet and network with individuals from other organisations, providing an invaluable experience in leadership development.
The programme is based on 3 key principles:
- Life - learning from the experience of those who have been there, seen it, done it and learnt from their mistakes;
- Leadership - delivery of basic skills as a platform for leadership capabilities and behaviours in the future;
- Engagement - involves the exploration of what engagement is and how it comes into play for both the individual and the organisation.

As recognised Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) facilitators, we offer this company for companies looking to build productive relationships and manage conflict in the workplace.
The workshop we offer will give your staff, as leaders or as team members, the chance to learn about their own Motivational Value System and how this can assist them to manage conflict and improve communication in the workplace. It provides insight into new approaches to motivation and allows participants to explore the options for motivating and engaging via new tools to create a robust and consistent approach.
