Zara shows the store of the future
Inditex, the world’s largest fashion chain, has tried to capture the best of both shopping worlds in its reopened four-storey Zara store on Corso Vittorio Emanuele in Milan.
The 1941 building, which was a cinema until the retailer took it over in 1999, is “a model for the online and in-store integration concept,” said Pablo Isla, the Inditex president.
Customers can visit a special online section and collect their purchases at the shop.
