✨ The [d]arc awards are back! ✨ It’s time to submit your lighting scheme for the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 [𝗱]𝗮𝗿𝗰 𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. For our 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀: 𝗟𝗼𝘄/𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗕𝘂𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗿𝘆, we’re looking for outstanding exterior lighting schemes – from building façades and monuments to stadiums, bridges, and beyond. Both architectural and decorative luminaires are eligible. >Low Budget: Total luminaire value under £30,000 >High Budget: Total luminaire value over £30,000 How it works: Presented by arc magazine and darc magazine magazine – a unique opportunity for lighting designers, interior designers, architects, and manufacturers. After entries close, we get an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗷𝘂𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀… and then 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀! The Grand Hyatt Kunming ✨ Shortlisted in the Places - High Budget category for the darc awards by darc media, the Grand Hyatt Kunming is the latest edition to the Hyatt’s luxury hotel range in China. To create a dramatic experience and welcoming ambience, the teams at The Flaming Beacon Pty Ltd (concept lighting designer) and ISOMETRIX Lighting Design (post-concept lighting designer) used warm to very warm white light subtly integrated into architectural features 🖤 And we at formalighting were delighted to supply part of the perfect lighting solutions.
