📢 New Article Published: “Trabecular Titanium Architecture Drives Human Mesenchymal Stem Cell Proliferation and Bone Differentiation” 🔬 A new in vitro study highlights the pivotal role of Trabecular Titanium (TT) specific design architecture in delivering enhanced biological responses. Key findings show that TT supports human adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cell colonization and promotes their differentiation into bone-forming cells, with the deposition of a mineralized extracellular matrix, when specific micro- and macro-design features are preserved. This further underscores the importance of TT architectural characteristics achieved through carefully tailored 3DP process parameters to enable the bone-building effect. This summer, I had the privilege of working at Enovis Surgical as a Product Management Intern. This opportunity allowed me to bridge my pre-health background with my interest in product management. Over the course of 9 weeks, I strengthened the crucial skills of a product manager, such as strong communication, organizational, and relationship management and cross-functional collaboration, while also reinforcing the value of persistence and a strong work ethic. I also took ownership of key projects across the shoulder, hip, and knee anatomies, which included drafting and launching a global survey, conducting market research, analyzing internal data, and updating collateral. Throughout these projects, I learned the importance of thoughtful speed, focused curiosity, and collaborative empowerment, continuously delivering in a fast-paced environment to ensure customer delight. I am deeply grateful to my mentor Shalini Singh and the entire Marketing team for their mentorship and guidance, which made this hands-on experience both impactful and invaluable for my growth. I look forward to applying these lessons at UT Austin and in future opportunities as a PM!
