✅ Safety Days 2025 : Tous engagés pour la santé & la sécurité ! Pour la 7ème année consécutive, GEODIS Contract Logisitics France & Maghreb a organisé une semaine de Safety Days sur l'ensemble de ses sites logistiques en France, au Maroc et en Tunisie, pour sensibiliser à la santé et sécurité, dans le cadre de la politique du Groupe @GEODIS "Health & Safety with Heart". Des ateliers interactifs, des animations originales et une forte mobilisation des équipes ont marqué ces journées dédiées à la prévention, à l’apprentissage et au partage autour de la santé et de la sécurité au travail, coordonnées par les équipes Qualité Sécurité et Environnement. Positive results at our Lüdinghausen site: SMETA Audit success! Our German Lüdinghausen team underwent the Sedex Members Ethical Trade (SMETA) audit - and the results speak for themselves: we received almost exclusively positive feedback! What makes us especially proud are the comments from employee interviews: the auditors highlighted the positive team spirit, noting that our colleagues feel comfortable, safe, and listened to when discussing concerns or personal matters with HR or supervisors - and that they value the opportunity to find solutions together. The professional development opportunities at GEODIS were also specifically appreciated. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to this success – all employees on site, Alexander Dresen and his team, as well as Leo Pfeiffer. This achievement shows we are on the right path - and we celebrate this milestone together 👏

During this Environmental Week, we focused on energy-saving initiatives, recognizing that real impact comes from continuous improvement. The implementation of ISO 50001, an energy management system, enables us to systematically monitor energy use, set clear goals and KPIs, define effective actions, and track our progress. The list of ISO 50k certified sites in the UK, Germany and Hungary is available upon request. Our teams - from operations and facility management to leadership - are engaged in maintaining and enhancing these initiatives by ensuring efficient lighting, optimizing heating, and implementing smart equipment schedules. Et si comme François, vous rejoigniez l'équipe GEODIS ? En 2020, François rejoint GEODIS Contract Logistics en alternance. Quatre ans plus tard, il est Chef de projet logistique. Un chemin façonné par sa curiosité, son envie d’apprendre et des rencontres clés. 🎓 D’un bac STI2D orienté informatique à la préparation de commandes, François découvre la logistique presque par hasard, guidé aussi par l’expérience de sa mère dans le métier. Il enchaîne avec un BTS TSMEL puis un DESU GOL. Après quelques mois comme chef d’équipe, il poursuit en Master GPLA chez GEODIS. 👉 En novembre 2023, il est recruté en CDI au sein des équipes projets. Le 2 octobre dernier, les équipes du site logistique GEODIS de Droue-sur-Drouette et celles des Laboratoires Expanscience se sont réunies pour célébrer l’installation d’une nouvelle chaîne mécanisée, symbole du renouvellement et du renforcement de notre partenariat débuté en 1994. 🤝 Un partenariat historique et de nouvelles ambitions : Depuis 30 ans, GEODIS Contract Logistics France accompagne les Laboratoires Expanscience. 🚆 Dans le cadre des Journées du Patrimoine et des 50 ans des voitures Corail, le Technicentre SNCF de Paris Austerlitz a ouvert ses portes. A cette occasion, les équipes GEODIS Contract Logistics France étaient présentes sur un des stands partenaires pour présenter le rôle essentiel de GEODIS pour SNCF, à travers notamment : ➡️ La gestion de la literie (oreillers et couettes) pour les trains de nuit ➡️ La gestion des flux de pièces et matières nécessaires à la maintenance des trains ➡️ L’avitaillement des trains en situation perturbée (distribution d’eau, de plateaux repas) Ce moment de partage a permis aux 1 700 visiteurs – familles, enfants, passionnés, cheminots ou particuliers – de mieux comprendre l’importance de la logistique dans le quotidien ferroviaire. We were pleased to welcome Mayor Ansgar Mertens and Economic Development Officer Torsten Voß to our #GEODIS site in Lüdinghausen. Together with our new Site Manager, Jannis Langwald, we provided insights into our modern logistics processes. With 120 employees, over 55,000 pallet spaces, and up to 80 truck movements each day, our site is a strong driving force for the region - now and in the future.
