🎊 Exciting Post-Fellowship Role Announcement 🎊 We are excited to announce that Carly Bean, MHA, Administrative Fellow Class of 2025, has accepted the role of Senior Manager for the Payer Contracting team. This new chapter allows her to step into a leadership role focused on managing key payer relationships, negotiating and maintaining complex contracts, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and financial strategies. She will be collaborating closely with Finance, Revenue Cycle, Legal, and Compliance teams—while also leading Joint Operating Committees and supporting the development of value-based care initiatives. After an incredible year as an Administrative Fellow—where she had the opportunity to rotate through service lines across the system—we are especially proud that she can continue growing in our organization which prioritizes innovation, health equity, and meaningful collaboration. Thank you to the mentors and colleagues who have supported her along the way. We're excited for her to help drive strategic payer partnerships that make a difference for our patients, providers, and communities. Let’s keep building what’s next in healthcare. 💙 #CareerUpdate #PayerContracting #HealthcareLeadership #IntermountainHealth #ValueBasedCare #ProactiveCare #HealthEquity #MHA #WomenInHealthcare #AdministrativeFellow Join us in congratulating Carly as she embarks on this exciting new chapter post-fellowship! 🎉🎉
