NEMRA Lighting Division reposted this
Our Q3 Pulse of Lighting survey is now open for lighting manufacturers, lighting agents / manufacturer reps, and lighting / electrical distributors. All I need is 1-2 minutes of your time and, in return I'll share the industry exclusive report complimentary (and if you want, the Q2 report.) Summertime so some (temporary) guidance on tariffs but the construction market, depending upon the area, is "challenging" for many. According to some buyers, "tariffs are an opportunity to negotiate!" Data centers are great, but don't use much lighting. Resi, in most places is down. Office construction and renovation? Not as lucrative as it was. This is what we're hearing. What are you seeing? All input is confidential (and we ask for feedback in ranges, so nothing proprietary.) Your input is greatly appreciated. The link to the survey is https://lnkd.in/eQqN-UBN. And, at the end of the survey, I'll introduce you to our lighting publication, US LightingTrends. Has tariffs affected your business? Has it increased your top line?

NEMRA Lighting is proud to support impactful educational content in the lighting industry, and it was exciting to be recognized by EdisonReport's recent article, which stated: "This year’s educational content was the strongest I’ve seen at any ArchLIGHT Summit." The conference kicked off on Tuesday with Jeffrey Bristol Divisional Vice President of NEMRA Lighting introducing Umesh Baheti, SVP of Product Management & Engineering at MaxLite. During the NEMRA Lighting-sponsored event, Umesh presented one of the summit's most thought-provoking discussions. Speaking as a technologist, rather than a MaxLite representative, he delved into how luminaire-level lighting controls (LLLCs) are steering the industry away from centralized systems and towards distributed intelligence. Our sincere thanks to EdisonReport and John R. (Randy) Reid for the recognition. Read the Full Article: https://lnkd.in/eBXZt_kp A video recording of this presentation will be available to NEMRA Lighting members on the NEMRA Lighting Member Resource page for your convenient access.
