The Ksyen Regional Hospital, formerly the Mills Memorial Hospital, is a major investment in healthcare for northwestern British Columbia, and we’re proud to share that Valcoustics Canada Ltd., a Trinity Consultants Canada Team, provided acoustics consulting for this transformative project. Completed in late 2024, the $622.6 million facility includes 78 private beds, a Level 3 trauma centre, expanded emergency and diagnostic services, and a new long-term care building for the Seven Sisters program. Designed for resilience, the new hospital delivers enhanced capacity and comfort for both patients and providers. With a focus on acoustic performance in critical spaces like surgical suites, neonatal care, and counselling areas, our team helped ensure a quieter, more therapeutic environment that supports healing and well-being. The University of Southern Maine’s new Crewe Center for the Arts officially opened its doors this month, a milestone celebration that drew more than 500 guests. Designed by Perkins Eastman, the 40,000 SF facility establishes USM as Maine’s first All-Steinway college and serves as a dynamic new home for the Osher School of Music and the arts community across Southern Maine. Our team conducted a final acoustic tuning of the performance spaces and thorough commissioning of AV systems ahead of the opening, a fitting conclusion to a project that harmonizes architecture, acoustics, and artistry. From its 200-seat performance hall with a precisely tuned ceiling to 31 sound-isolated studios, our team designed both the acoustics and AV systems to achieve exceptional clarity, flexibility, and connection — allowing performances, rehearsals, and recordings to be experienced and shared at the highest level. The result is a space that empowers the next generation of artists to create, collaborate, and inspire. Kudos to Mark Holden, John Kosco, Benjamin Bausher, CTS-D, and Russ Cooper on the successful completion of this project! “My brother Bob and I have always believed that developing artists deserve more than encouragement,” said Dan Crewe, Chair Emeritus of The USM Foundation and Chair of the Crewe Center for the Arts Campaign. “They deserve excellent instruction, spaces worthy of their talent, and a community that believes in them. That’s why the Crewe Center is the fulfillment of the legacy we built together.” Read more about the project on our website: https://lnkd.in/exgwFiNd Architect: Perkins Eastman/Pfeiffer Studio Local Architect/MEP/Structural Engineering: Oak Point Associates Theater Consultant: Theatre Projects Construction: Consigli Construction Co., Inc. From tee time to showtime, it was a full day for our Chicago team. Following the CoreNet Classic, Gregory Miller, Ambrose Tang, and David Copeland joined colleagues from across the city’s design community for AIA Chicago’s Designight, where Trinity Consultants Built Environment was proud to serve as a Bronze Sponsor. The evening celebrated the best in architecture and interior design across the region, and our team was part of two recognized collaborations — a Citation of Merit in Interior Architecture – Large for a Confidential Law Firm in Salt Lake City with Perkins&Will, and a finalist nod for the Lerch Bates People’s Choice Award in Healthcare & Research for Northwestern Medicine – Old Irving Park with CannonDesign. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees for their inspiring contributions to the built environment! #TrinityConsultants #BuiltEnvironment #AIAChicago #Designight #Architecture #Chicago

At Trinity Consultants Built Environment, we integrate physical access controls, monitoring, and advanced strategies to protect not only facilities but the trust of every client relying on uptime and data protection. Because growth means nothing without safety — and resilience depends on both. From perimeter protection to equipment-level safeguards, our designs ensure critical systems stay secure, compliant, and operational even under pressure. #TrinityConsultants #BuiltEnvironment #DataCenter #Security #Resilience #Reliability

This week marks Construction Inclusion Week, a time for our industry to focus on what it takes to build workplaces where everyone belongs. The theme, Opening Doors: Building a Workplace for Everyone, reminds us that inclusion isn’t an initiative — it’s the foundation of a stronger, more resilient construction workforce. By expanding access to careers and ensuring respect on every jobsite, we create opportunities that benefit our projects, our profession, and our communities. #TrinityConsultants #BuiltEnvironment #ConstructionInclusionWeek #Inclusion #Equity #Diversity #AEC

Some golfers rely on precision. Others, on pure volume. At the 19th Annual CoreNet Classic, a few “spirited” swings into our sound level meter registered more decibels than drives — and somehow, none were louder than Al’s pants. It was a day of serious play and not-so-serious banter among 200+ CRE professionals at Cog Hill Country Club. Trinity Consultants Built Environment was proud to sponsor the event and to have Gregory Miller, David Copeland, Ambrose Tang, and Albert M. Maniscalco representing us on the course. Because at the end of the day, building great relationships is measured in more than just decibels. #TrinityConsultants #BuiltEnvironment #CoreNet #CRE #Networking #Community CoreNet Global

Our team was proud to join Metropolis Magazine at MetroWall’s showroom for a roundtable on acoustics standards and transparency in interior projects. Scott Rubin represented Trinity Consultants Built Environment alongside a select group of leaders from across the industry, including AECOM, Intertek, International WELL Building Institute (IWBI), HLW, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), HDR, M Moser Associates, Arcadis, and more. The conversation explored how sound shapes our environments, the challenges we face in acoustics, and how we can better communicate these complexities to clients while meeting expectations around design performance. At the heart of it all: the belief that spaces should not only be functional and beautiful, but also healthy, inclusive, and harmonious. #TrinityConsultants #BuiltEnvironment #Acoustics #SoundDesign #HealthyBuildings #Metropolis #Metrowall
