This page provides relevant information regarding (EU) Regulation 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (“Digital Services Act” or “DSA”).
In compliance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Member States authorities, the European Commission, the European Board for Digital Services, and recipients of the service can direct general communications, including orders under Articles 9 and 10 of the DSA, to Linode's designated Point of Contact at [email protected].
Any communications should be in English.
If you want to report an abuse or illegal content, we strongly recommend communicating your complaint directly to the content publisher. Please note, that Linode does not review, manage, or otherwise control content creation by our customers when Linode provides cloud computing services. Requesting Linode to take down content will not permanently resolve content being delivered from the content publisher’s origin.
