Chicken Whole Thigh Meat Bone Less Skin On

Ingredients:
4 skin-on boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
Fresh herbs (like thyme or rosemary) for garnish
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels to ensure the skin crisps up nicely.
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken thighs.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down in the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes until the skin becomes golden and crispy.
Flip the chicken thighs over and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 75°C/165°F).
Remove from the oven, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, and garnish with fresh herbs. Serve hot!
