PRAYERS FOR THE DECEASED: We pray for our loved ones who have died recently especially Frank Freemark, Olive Rees and Ursula Lance. PRAYERS FOR THE SICK AND SHUT-IN: Let us raise up in prayer t h o s e who seek Gods healing love, those at the hospital, hospice and at home especially Audrey Hawley, Sara ONeill, Fr. Ken OBrien, Garry Latendresse, John Albert, Ambrose Adamchick and Joan Prince.

BISHOP MULHALL: Next Sunday, September 16th, Bishop Mulhall will be here for the 10:30 a.m. Mass to install Father Brennan as Pastor and to re-dedicate the Holy Water Fount from the original St. Francis Xavier Church. He will also speak to us about the future of Our Lady of Fatima and our own parish. There will be a reception, served by our C.W.L., in the parish hall after Mass.

ECCLESIA: The September issue of the Diocesan newsle er is available at the church entrances. This months issue has some interes ng ar cles, one with a very local avour. There is also a Diocesan nancial report included. We encourage you to pick up a paper and peruse it.
FRONT STEPS: Hultink Landscaping are still putting the finishing touches on the front staircase, they are for emergency use only until the railings are completed.
SOME HOUSEKEEPING NOTES: ***MINISTRIES SCHEDULE: current schedule runs out the end of this month. If there are any changes for current ministers, please notify the office ASAP. ALL LITURGICAL MINISTERS: A gentle reminder to make sure you get a replacement if unable to fulfill your scheduled role. If, after trying, you are unsuccessful in finding a replacement please call the parish office and leave a message. MINISTERS OF THE WORD: We are all familiar with the Liturgy sequence of the various parts, therefore there is no need to say i.e. - the First or Second Reading or the response to the Psalm is COMMENTATORS: When there is no hymn to be sung please do not announce the fact that Instrumental Music will be played. WEEKDAY LECTORS & EUCHARISTIC MINISTERS: September schedules are ready for pick up and may be found on the table in the main foyer.

ST. FRANCIS XAVIER CEMETERY: St. Francis Xavier Parish and Our Lady of Fatima
Parish are planning a Celebration of New Life at the cemetery on Sunday, September 16 th, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. In case of rain the celebration will be moved to St. Francis Xavier Church. The celebration will be inclusive of all family members who have died and in a special way, of all who have died in the last year.
