Hook/Warm up: Color, thinking pwr. Pt. slide. Mini *the LTshowing your understanding. Explaining your thinking *I cant read your minds, so you have to explain/show/demonstrateetc. your thinking. -the pt. of notecatchers/notes/projectsetc (they are all tools to help organize, and show whats going on inside your heads and your thinking We did our projects, to show all our thinking about states of matter, the kinetic particle model, etc. and we are going to use all the information from them to answer the task question. Today: 2 tasks 1. Present our projects to each other in small groups. Take notes to help us answer our task. 2. Answer our task questionWhats the Matter with Snow in Colorado.
Materials -note catcher x75 -differentiated note catcher (have a fill in the blank) (x15) -Final bumper sticker or little brain (to show thinking and whats going on in your head (Have a fill in the blank for them) *big prompt on back wall *pre-set groups (x7) with numbers 1-7 at various places around the room. -Answer examples Notes: *write task question on the board Whats the matter with *write the 2 tasks of the day on the board 1. project presentations 2.
