Account Assignment Model

You must create an account assignment model by typing in a name starting with a country code or cost center number. You then define the postings that will be the same each month by filling in fields for the posting key, company code, account, tax, cost center, and amount. Once complete, you save the template and can then select it when making postings in the FB50 transaction to assign accounts consistently each period.

You type in the name of the account assignment model to differ between the countries, you should start with the Country code or with the number of your cost centers (96 India, 15 China, ) Then click on

Here you define your postings which are the same for each month. You have to fill in the Posting key (debit or credit) company code account tax cost center amount

When you finished, then you save

When you make the posting with FB50, then you have to choose the account assignment model.

Here you select the template you created.
