Tuesday, March 10th, 2009

○ Reading: Read your book tonight for 35minutes. Log it on your Reading Log.
○ Word Study: Write a sentence for each of your personal words AND for each
of this week’s vocabulary words.
○ Writing: Write a Slice of Life Story in your Idea Notebook. Be sure to show it
to Ms. Shubitz or Miss Meserve first thing tomorrow morning.
 Put the final touches on your memoir. Finish your folder so it’s
ready-to- go on Thursday for the Celebration.

Wednesday, March 11th, 2009


○ Current Events: Read the TFK Cover Story and then complete the Wkst.
○ Reading: Read your book tonight for 35minutes. Log it on your Reading Log.
○ Word Study: Complete “Look-Say-Name” for each of your personal words.
○ Writing: Write a Slice of Life Story in your Idea Notebook. Be sure to show it to
Ms. Shubitz or Miss Meserve first thing tomorrow morning.

Thursday, March 12th, 2009

○ Math: Complete the worksheet.

○ Reading: Read your book today, Saturday, and Sunday for 35minutes. Log
everything on your Reading Log, which is due on Monday.
○ Writing: (a) Write a Slice of Life Story in your Idea Notebook today, Saturday,
and Sunday. Be sure to show it to Ms. Shubitz or Miss Meserve first
thing Monday morning.
