The PETKUS Seed Cleaners K 542 used for the intensive- and seed cleaning of grain with the capacity: - 1,75 t/h for intensive cleaning (wheat) - 1,25 t/h for seed cleaning (wheat) Description: Inlet The low intake hopper enables grain filling into the machine from sacks. With help of an air suction channel the grain is conveyed to the upper screen. The light dust gets separated by air aspiration and carried off the expansion chamber. Upper screen On the upper screen the bigger rejects get separated. The screens are cleaned by a knocking unit. Lower screen On the lower screen smaller rejects get separated. The screens are cleaned by brushes. The lower screen overflow gets into the main aspiration channel. Main aspiration channel The main aspiration channel is an air aspiration duct with diffuser screen. Here the less heavy impurities get separated and carried off the expansion chamber. After the air screen cleaning the product will be sacked.
