Diet: Client at risk for malnutrition, which further compromises the respiratory system and the immune response. Diaphragm function is also reduced, therefore enteral nutrition (tube feeding) or parenteral nutrition (hyperalimentation) is started as soon as possible.

Spiritual Care: Ask and seek guidance to God because He is our best healer.
