(1) CDR shows that between 1st June to 15th June, the main conspirators, Rajinder Kumar, P P Pandey and Vanzara remained in touch each other after the first fake input was created by Rajinder Kumar. (2) CDR of Javed shows that on 6th June at 11.18 pm he was contacted when he was driving through Karnataka, from a PCO of Gandhinagar- No. 07923242288 (Call duration 252 seconds). (3) Between 8th and 10th, SIB tracked down Javed. M K Sinha and another were dispatched to Maharashtra. CDR of Vanzara with MOS shows that Vanzara remained in touch with MOS during this period. (4) N K Amin and T A Barot and their teams were also dispatched to Vasad on 10th to intercept the Blue Indica carrying Javed and Ishrat. (5) After two days of camping at Vasad, N K Amin and Barot with the help of SIB officers who were following the Blue Indica, stopped it at Vasad at 1.30pm on 12th June, 2004 and abducted both of them (6) The CDRs of 13th, 14th and 15th June, 2004 indicate a heightened activity on the part of the four conspirators, namely MOS Amit Shah, Rajinder Kumar, P P Pandey and Vanzara. (7) The two calls between MOS and Vanzara made on 14th June at 10. 57 pm and on 15th June at 6.10 am are very significant. These calls with Vanzara, one of the main accused of the case, with MOS just before the killings and thereafter, ought to be sufficient evidence to summon MOS. Additionally, there are 164 statements indicting the MOS as well. (8) The CrPC 164 Statements collected so far against Rajinder Kumar by CBI and now fully corroborated by CDR makes it imperative that he is charged and named as an accused in the case.
