While setting up your password using Google Chrome, certain pop up windows may not appear, not allowing you to progress.

Configuring pop ups

Click on the Customize and Control Google Chrome icon.

Click on Options

Click on under the hood.

Choose Privacy then click on Content settings.

Scroll down to Pop-ups.

Click on Manage exceptions.

In Plug-in Exceptions, under hostname pattern type in: www.lsbu.ac.uk.

Click on the x to close the page. Clicking on the home button will take you back to your default start page.

Type in the selfservice web address: www.lsbu.ac.uk/ict/selfservice Under password set up click on the link: existing student passwords for windows and email (activate or reset)
