Training is a continuous process of learning in human resource development , which is aimed at developing and enhancing an individuals efficiency, capacity and effectiveness at work

Training Programme

A training program is a planned process by which an organization seeks to attain objectives of performance management either by developing the skills of learners or by fulfilling learning needs of identified group of employees.

Training Vs Development

Training focuses on improved performance, skills and behavior while development aims at overall personality development for effective problem solving, decision making and better people skills. Training is imparted to operatives whereas development is a process of grooming mainly used for executives & managers Training serves immediate organizational requirements, development is futuristic and aims at growth of both individual and organization

Training Vs Education

Education: process of imparting knowledge, building character, formal setting, overall development, right perspectives, implies some transformation, identifies potential Training: specific-content based, job oriented, context-based, vocation-oriented, company specific, practice based. improves potentials
