Two Constitutions Two Domiciles

There are two constitutions and domiciles - one for the federal United States corporation and one for the sovereign states. As legal entities, individuals are fictionally domiciled under the United States corporation unless they voluntarily enter into a contract to change their domicile. Properly commencing legal proceedings is required to undo a changed domicile back to the original sovereign state. Federal states are political subdivisions of Washington D.C. as a corporation.
