Mushroom Topped Chicken

This recipe for mushroom topped chicken serves two and involves slicing mushrooms thinly and placing them over chicken breasts that have then been wrapped in bacon rashers. Mushroom Topped Chicken

(Serves 2) Red Day

Ingredients:2 Chicken Breasts 4 Trimmed bacon rashers Mushrooms

Method:Slice the mushrooms thinly Place sliced mushrooms over the top of the chicken breast Wrap breast in bacon rashers Cook in a preheated oven at 180c for approx. 1 hour (until chicken is cooked)
