In Conclusion..
In developing an effective classroom management style, teachers must prepare for many situations. A lot of times, if teachers focus on the preventive and supportive discipline techniques, students generally behave better. Teachers can provide an interesting and engaging lesson to increase motivation and reduce misbehavior. Effective classroom management systems require much time in planning. But as the saying goes, If you fail to prepare, then prepare to fail. Anticipate and know how you will respond in certain situations. Be proactive, not reactive in classroom management.
