Keep in mind that you will not always find the answers verbatim (wordforword)inanybooksandyouwillhavetousetheinsightthatyouhavegainedthrough studyingandresearchingtoanswersomequestions. Rememberthattheassignmentsareatestofyourknowledgeandhowwellyouunderstandyour workthisentailsthatyoudomorethanpagingthroughbooksandlookingforanswers. Use your own words when answering questions and keepin mind the mark allocation of each questions,especiallywhenansweringessaytypequestions. The guidelines for assignment HRM5S123 is only based on Section C of the assignment. WhenansweringSectionCkeepthefollowingtipsinmind:

Be sure you understand the question. If you are unsure, identify the key words and underlinethem. Ifthereisawordthatyoudonotunderstand,useadictionaryforthemeaningofthatword. Thinkthroughyouranswer. Reread the question to make sure that you have answered all that was asked in the question

To answer Section A and Section B of the assignment you need to work through the study material of both Module 1 (Disciplinary Procedures) and Module 2 (Personnel Planning and Administration). Remember that you will not find all the answers wordforword in the study material, you need to use insight and apply the knowledge that you have gained through studying to answer some of the questions. Keep the following tips in mind when answering multiplechoicequestions:
