Cauliflower peas kurma

Ingredients Cauliflower 1big Green Peas cup Onion 1 Turmeric powder pinch Chilli powder -1 tsp Oil Salt Fresh coriander leaves Whole garam masala 1inch Cinnamon, 2 , 1 bay leaf, 2 elachi

Grind to a paste Tomatoes 2 Cashew -10 Melon Seeds 2 tbsps Green chillies -2 Ginger 1 inch piece Garlic pods -4

Method:
1. Cut onion to fine pieces. 2. Grind all the ingredients under "Grind to a paste" table,to a smooth paste and keep a side. 3. Split cauliflower into required sized pieces and boil it with green peas in salt, turmeric added water, till 3/4th done and keep aside. 4. Heat a pan with oil and add whole garam masala let it for 20-30 seconds and then add onions sprinkle a little salt and fry to a golden brown 5. Add the ground paste, add turmeric powder, chilli powder and fry in a medium flame, till oil leaves the sides of the pan and raw smell disappears. 6. Add cauliflower and cooked green peas and fry for a minute . 7. Add required water and bring it to boil and cook in low flame for 2-3 minutes. 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with chapatis or simple pulavs....
