Initially your Username and Password is automatically generated from the portal and sent to your email from a generic sender decided by your company. If you did not receive the email please click Contact tab and send your queries to contacts in your local company.
1. Login
To log in the portal insert your Username and Password in the authentication form.

If first time to enter PersonnelDOC or if the account password has been reset, youll be directed to Account Password Change page to change the given password. Password should have a minimum eight characters. Allowed characters are alphanumeric (Upper case and lower case) and special characters (. - _ @) Click Modify button to save new password
If first time to enter PersonnelDOC, the system will show Personal Account form Fill in the Question and Answer fields. This is useful later when you need to recover your password on your own. Click Save button below the form

Page 4 of 5 You can change your password anytime Click on the My Account button in the top left of the page It is possible to also change the Question and Answer Click on link Click here in order to change your password below the page You will be prompted to a page where you can reset your password
The Question and Answer data you provide when you first enter the portal will be used to recover your password on our own Click on the link Password recovery Insert your username and your answer and if the information is correct the portal will send you an e-mail with new password

2. Contact
You can send email to Contact if you have not receive your User account, or to request for password reset, or for any query related to your pay slip, click Contact tab on the portal main page. Click the email add shown for your company
