Skills and Work Solutions are recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to provide exemplary front of house customer service support for all students, trainees, their parents/guardians and any other visitor using the Training Centre. To be based in Wythenshawe.
The duties of the job include:
To provide exemplary front of house customer service support for all students, trainees, their parents/guardians and any other visitor using the Training Centre. To provide professional administrative support for all duties undertaken by the Training Centre Manager, teaching staff and placement consultant. To support all out of class activities undertaken within the Training Centre. Pro-active involvement in all student/trainee recruitment, retention and progression related activities To be the initial host for any visitor to the Training Centre. To provide initial information to prospective students/trainees or any other enquiring member of the public To assist with the smooth running of the Training Centre in order that all customer service standards exceed expectations To co-ordinate the collection and recording of all student/trainee information details as required for internal and external purposes To undertake general office and administrative duties such as upkeep of Training Centre appearance, stationary ordering, production of training resources, petty cash (student travel, student support etc.), opening mail and answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries. To liaise with the Skills and Work Solutions Recruitment Team in sourcing referrals/starts

Experience within similar role. IT skills, e.g. use of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, power point and outlook) A Level 2 in maths & English The ability to prioritise and organise workload and operate within a fast moving and target driven environment The ability to work to deadlines and under pressure, demonstrating personal resilience without constant direct supervision
