Entry Level 3 Certificate for IT Users


The course will run for 15 Hours per week for 3 weeks (PT)

If you have little or no IT experience and would like to gain confidence in using
computers and the latest technology, then this course is what you need! You might also
be looking to gain the background knowledge you need to progress onto and complete
a Level 1 qualification for IT users.

ASSESSMENT DATES Thursday 9

You will complete a portfolio of the following units:
IT user fundamentals
Using email
Presentation software
Spreadsheet software
Word processing software
Using the internet

Ideal entry requirements for this qualification are a good level of communication
skills and a willingness to learn new skills
For ages 19+ and in receipt of benefits
This qualification will be portfolio and assessment based.
You will receive support and assistance to complete this by a qualified assessor
All clients will need to attend an initial assessment which will gauge interest in
sector and will assess basic skill levels
