Skills and work solutions are recruiting a Receptionist / Building Co-ordinator to provide day to day co-ordination of all building and reception services at Warren Bruce Court. To be based in Trafford Park.
The duties of the job include:
To ensure that building standards are maintained, repairs/maintenance activity is logged and actioned, in order to keep the building to a high standard To provide a smooth running service of the building, be the liaison for tenants on a day to day basis, ensuring all Tenants receive exceptional customer service To provide a professional and pleasant welcome to customers, callers and visitors. To develop and deliver marketing/sales activity both face to face and using a variety of media including social networks to promote the building/services To order and manage stationary & equipment for the building, ensure all areas are fully stocked at all times. To control Tenants/Visitors car parking ensuring the appropriate spaces are monitored throughout the day to providing a seamless service. To ensure tenants are billed effectively and ensure aged debt is appropriately recovered. To maintain accurate and up to date records using the electronic FM Systems and electronic Call handling system
