, Chungnam Provincial Cheongyang College held a special lecture for its students with
the goal of encouraging each student to have pride on being a student of this prestigious university
and also to provide everyone with opportunity for self-improvement and growth through wide range
of experiences.

With the theme, We Can Do This, Governor Heejung Ahn, spoke in front of 500 students and
employees to encourage and remind them that no matter how difficult life gets, they have to stay
strong and be confident that they can overcome those difficulties.

Governor Ahn said, The time spent in college is one of the most important part of a persons life. One
could develop the skills needed to reach his/her ambition, find friends, and become a mature and
sensible person. He also added, Even though being on your 20s could become a struggle against
difficulties and different adversities, you should always be motivated and confident that you can
overcome those problems.

After his speech, the governor had a more casual and personal conversations with some students. One
of the students said, Todays speech is really helpful in building our self-confidence and in realizing
that we have the strength to overcome our problems.
