Storage Capacity

This document defines common digital storage units like kilobyte, megabyte, gigabyte, and explains how many multiples of 1024 each unit is. It then calculates how many 3MB photos could be stored on storage devices with capacities ranging from 1 kilobyte to 1 yottabyte. Finally, it lists reasons why hexadecimal is used instead of binary for representing numbers and storage sizes.
