JOB RESPONSIBLITIES
Report to Chef de partie
Responsible for the day to day operation of the F & B department
Follow up on companys policies, rules, regulations and procedures
Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the customers
in buffets and all other F & B outlets by F & B employees.
Ensure that all F & B areas are inspected in a timely manner and are
in compliance with companys standards by checking for quality
Maintain the highest level of sanitation throughout all food and
beverage areas
Oversee the overall operation of the storerooms as per companys
standards
Responsible for the final delivery of all F & B products in accordance
with companys standards
Maintain a smooth interaction between all department heads at all
times
Assist guests in any special request, including but not limited to
parties, special functions, and special diets.
Perform other duties as per the company instructions
Prepare mice en place and setting up buffet
Prepare taste panel before every meal period
Prepare use record for the monthly Chef page
Limit wastage and control food costs
