Why we need feminism
Do we want out daughters growing up in such a damaging and
judgmental society?
Shouldnt each gender have equal rights? Gender doesnt mean power.
End sexism, womens body's arent objects, WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS.
Promote gay and transgender rights! Marriage is about who you love not
the gender, and why does it matter what gender you want to go by.
WERE ALL EQUAL.

Feminism helps women who dont have the say to their own body
Fight for women who are in human trafficking
Women who arent allowed to vote
Women who cant walk down the street
Women who are raped daily
The Feminist Majority Foundation Campaign for Afghan Women and Girls has
four major components: Public Education and Community Organizing, Public
Policy Research and Strategy Development, Global Outreach, and support of
Humanitarian Aid to Afghan Women-led Organizations and to programs
serving Afghan Women and Girls.
Ireland recently passed a new gender quota bill that requires that 30 percent
female candidates in the next election.

Reflection
I chose a power point for my genre remediation because I thought I would be the most affective
of giving the information that I was trying to get across to people. My purpose of this PowerPoint is to
inform people who dont know about feminism and dont know what being a feminist means. Also
about who feminism benefits, with my essay I got these points across well but with this genre
remediation I tried to make the information easier to understand for anyone. I made the PowerPoint
less formal so if the audience was younger or older they could still understand the information.
I talk about the lack of knowledge is the reason people bash feminist, so that is the reason I am
going to spread the knowledge through this PowerPoint. Through the process I didnt really struggle
with finding the information, it was more of deciding what information I wanted to use because there
is so much I could talk about. So I tried just using the most basic information that would just get my
point across efficiently in the most understandable way possible. So my intended audience would be
any age group that is able to comprehend the information and the purpose as I stated before is to
educate.
