Learning objectives help teachers organize their lessons by identifying the main goals and specifying what students should learn by the end of each class. It is best to present learning objectives at the beginning of class so students understand what is expected of them. Throughout the class, teachers should check that students understand and achieve each objective. When planning lessons, teachers should consider student abilities and use a variety of interactive strategies, like active learning, cooperative learning, and positive reinforcement, to fully engage students in learning. These strategies encourage participation, problem-solving skills, and appropriate behavior.

Learning objectives is a knowledge and skills that pupils will learned through

the class and will be able to accept on the end of the class. Also, each learning
objectives should supports the main goals of the lesson. What is the benefits of
learning objectives? However, creating a clear learning objectives for the unit , or the
whole week , that will help to arrives the content and evaluation through the learning,
gives a learner clear picture about what they will learn, and evidence to choose a
creative activities that will support the learners to learn and to achieve the goals. Have
a several main contents of learning objectives are, should be a specific objectives
about lessons, measure to the students levels and observe it on the students, and
achieve it on specific times of the class. What a best time teacher can present the
learning objectives of the students? Furthermore, present learning objectives in
begging of the class for the students to have a clear pictures of what expect and what
expected of them. Also after each objective should teacher make sure that students
understand and know what they achieve in this point, or in the end of class teacher
can make a quick review for what they take to make sure that understand lesson. In
addition, depend to me when I start to planning for the lesson, first I look to the
competent of the lesson, what the students should learn. Then I start to identify the
main goals of the lesson and from the main goals will take the learning objectives of
the class. Also I depend to the students levels and abilities when I identify and did
the activities of the class. Thus, in begging of the class I tell them what the learning
objectives of the lesson to have a background what will take, then after each
objectives when I achieve it I ask them some question to confirm if they understand of
not before moving to the second steps, and sometimes if we dont have time in class I
make a quick revision to check if students understand or not. Learning objectives help

me to organize my ideas for class and for students, and know how I can teach students
in organizing way.
Each teacher use different strategies on the class depend to their students and
behavior. Therefore, to get an effective strategies can use it on class for your students,
first observe your students , know what they like , their levels, behavior, their abilities
etc. then start to determine what the strategies you can use it with them and will be
effective on class. So, through my teaching practice I used different strategies with
my students through my class it was interactive and effective. I determine this
strategies during first week for the teaching practice, I observed all the classes and
students and take notes about them, their levels, behavior and what I need for the
strategies, and also I ask their teacher about them. However, I used an active learning
strategy for students, so I let students to communicate together when they work as a
group, reading and applied what they learn. As Meyers and Jones said , active
learning that help students to improve their skills on communications, writing ,
reading , solving problems , role play, and other activities that help them to improving
their skill and applied what they learn (Meyers and Jones, 1993). Are agree with using
active learning for students on class? Moreover, I used other strategy with them as
cooperative learning, that when I let students to work as a group in the begging of the
class or in the other part of class. So that I let students to learn by sharing and
exchange their information and improve their communications. According to Bruffee
said, using cooperative learning strategy through the class for students that include a
wide range of interactions between students , encourages students through discussions
between them (teachers and students), and that way will help faculty and students
through the learning process (Bruffee, 1984). What do you think about cooperative
learning? Besides that, I used a challenging strategies between students in two ways

(individuals and groups), I put in worksheet a challenge question if they know will
reward them, and in group I make challenging between the groups and the owner will
reward them. What other strategies you know it can teacher use it in class?
However, have several method you can use it for pupils to effective of them
on class. That methods will help pupils to understand the lessons, changing their
routine, feel comfortable, and active in class. Do you think have a specific methods
can be effective on class? Depend to me I used many methods that interactive pupils
during my class. For instance, In Quba school, for grade 6 I make for them Icebreaker in the middle of the class after explaining part and before the presentation part
and that ice-breaker connected to the presentation part. Thus, I let students to make a
circle in front of class, then I give them the instructions of the game, each students
will told 3 facts about them, when the soft ball will be on their hand. According to
Draves theory said, uses Ice-breakers for students in the beginning and middle of the
class to reduce anxiety, and active students through the class (Draves, 1997). It is
good ways when make an Ice-breaker for the students in the middle of the class?
Moreover, In RAK Academic School I taught KG1, their topic was about Dinosaur.
So, I used interactive doll (Barney) as a new friend will be with our class. Barney give
the students the instructions and objective of the class, ask them questions, and used
to tell them story about fish and dinosaur in Reviver. The Barney was a friend
during whole week that cover dinosaur topic. Do you think using interactive dolls
through the class will be interactive for students? In addition, in Ebn-Dhaher school I
used many different ways to avoid the boys, and interactive them on class. As we
know boys need more method to use with them to avoid them. Do think thats right
opinion, boys need more works (strategies) used for them in the class more than
girls? However, for grade 2 and 3 I used reinforcement charts for the good and bad

manners, for the boys who participate with teacher, and have a good behavior that get
a yellow stars , and for the boys who are did bad behaviors that get a black point. So
in the end of the class, who get more yellow stars he get a card for Im super hero for
the class and some of candy. As Skinner said, using positive reinforcement of
students through the class with rewarding them, that encourage them to do their work
and adjusts their behavior (Skinner, B. F. ,1938).
