Nepal Telecom is launching 4G WiMAX broadband internet service in Pokhara, Nepal for the first time. NT will enhance service coverage and quality by delivering next generation WiMAX technology. WiMAX enables wireless broadband access using laptops, desktops, phones, and games anywhere with a WiMAX device. NT provides various monthly volume-based packages starting from 5GB for Rs.650 to 60GB for Rs.5,190 with speeds of 256Kbps, 512Kbps, and 1Mbps or above and hotspot packages from 200MB for 10 days for Rs.50 to 1.5GB for 60 days for Rs.200.
