P e Lesson Plan

- Run backwards to end wall and back.


- Side step to end wall and back.
- High knees to half, then butt kicks to
the end, and jog back.
- Leg kicks to half, lunges rest of the
way and jog back.
- Demonstrate how to properly kick
the ball with inside of their foot.
- Each student has a dodgeball and
must kick against the wall at a certain
spot.
- Play Swamp Ball.
- Regular throwing dodgeball, and
when you get hit you go to the other
teams end line.
- If you catch the ball the player who
threw it, is out.
- To be free your teammate must
kick a ball and you catch it.
- Clean up equipment and review what
they learned today.
- Ensure students are correctly
contacting the ball with inside of their
foot.
- Make sure students are looking at
their targets when kicking.
- Make sure students practice kicking
with both feet.

- Make sure to point out stop line to prevent


students from running into the end wall.
- Make sure they always face the one wall for
side steps.
Key Points:
- Use the inside of your foot and big toe.
- Do not kick with front of your toes.
- Follow through.
Equipment:
- 25 Dodgeballs
- Ensure students arent randomly kicking balls
everywhere so other students arent hit in the
face.
- Equipment:
- 15 Dodgeballs

- Ensure they correctly recall how to kick a


ball.

- Make sure to keep explanations short to not


lose students attentions.
