Homogeneous Function Euler's Theorem

This document discusses properties of homogeneous functions. It states that if a function z is homogeneous of degree n in variables x and y, then its partial derivatives satisfy certain equations involving n. Similarly, if a function u is homogeneous of degree n in variables x, y, z, then its first order partial derivatives X, Y, Z satisfy another equation involving n. Finally, if z is a function of a homogeneous function f(u), its partial derivatives also satisfy equations relating to the degree n of the inner homogeneous function f(u).
