Lemon Chicken

Prep Time: 15 minutes


Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 8 servings
1 kg whole chicken, deboned
1 pc egg
1 tsp MSG
tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
30 g cornstarch
1 tsp Chinese wine
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Marinate chicken with the rest of the ingredients. Seal with oil on top, no stirring.
2. Deep fry chicken until golden brown.
Steamed Lapu-lapu Chinese Style
1.5 kg Lapu-lapu
2 tsp Kikkoman soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese wine
1/2 cup
leeks, julienned
2 tbsp garlic, chopped
1 tsp salt
cup ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
2 cups
chicken stock
1 tbsp chicken oil

Marinate fish with soy sauce, salt, and wine for 2 minutes.
Steam fish with stock, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Continue cooking by bathing the stock over the fish.
Pour over chicken oil.
Garnish with fresh leeks. Serve hot.

Shredded Pork with Vegetables on Crispy Noodle Nest

1pc egg white


1 tsp MSG
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp Chinese rice wine
1 tsp Sodium Bicorbonate
4 tbsp oil (no more mixing)
1 kg pork tenderloin/pigue, strips
200 g shiitake mushrooms, julienned
10 pcs
quail eggs, cooked
1 pc med. Carrots, julienned
200 g cabbage, julienned
200 g Chinese cabbage, julienned
100 g Baguio beans, julienned
300 g sotanghon
1 tbsp
oyster sauce
1 tsp chicken oil
Sesame seeds, toasted
1. Fry sotanghon and set aside.
2. Blanch vegetables and season with a little salt and MSG. Set aside.
2. Cook pork with ginger, garlic, Chinese wine, vegetables. Add stock. And add the
rest of the ingredients except for chicken oil and sesame seeds. Pour over fried
noodles. Serve hot.
