Experiment - 5 Aim

The document describes an experiment to simulate a CMOS differential amplifier with current source biasing and active load. Key results include: 1) The linear range for differential mode operation is originally -15mV to 65mV, but with a 25mV offset it is reduced to -40mV to 40mV. 2) The small signal voltage gain (Ad) is -72.49 V/V, input resistance is 1kΩ, and output resistance is 2.06MΩ. 3) The common mode gain (Acm) is -8.991x10^-2 V/V, giving a common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 58.129 dB.
