1. All subscribersare advisedto read CertificatePracticeStatement of cA.
2. The certificate shall be downloadedonto the same computer / Hardware devlce (USB token.
Smart Card etc,) by login as same computeruser accountfrom where the requestwas initiated.
3. After placing an online request for a certificate,the following activities shall not be carrled out
until the certiflcatels successfullydownloaded:
Formattlngof the computer
Deletlonof comDuteruser accountusedto logon when the requestwas initiated
Relnstallatlonor upgrade of the Internet browseron the computer from which the certificate
requestwas initiated.
4. The certlflcatemust not be sharedwith others or used by them on your behalf.
5. If you lose your key pair, you shall inform the RA Administrator immediatelyand apply ior the
revocationof your certificate
6. Applicationform must be submitted in pe6on.
7. Incomplete/Inconslstentapplicatlonis liableto be rejected.
