AFFIDAVIT FILED UNDER SECTION 139 C.P.C.
I, Kambampati Nagendram W/o.Late Nelambaram, aged 58
years, Hindu, resident of D.No.4-154/1, Kondamanjulur Village,
J.Panguluru Mandal, Prakasam District, do hereby solemnly affirm and
sincerely state as follows:I am the deponent herein and 1st petitioner in the main O.P. The O.P. is
filed for compensation for the death of my husband, who died in a motor
accident. Later the matter was decreed in our favour and against the respondents
for an amount of Rs.1,50,000/- on 31-12-2014.
Later the 3 rd respondent
deposited an amount of Rs.1,86,761/- in to the Honble Court on 26-03-2015.
The Honble Court awarded an amount of Rs.1,00,000/- with accrued interest
and costs of Rs.1,24,507/- towards my share of compensation as per Decree
direction. I am entitled to withdraw an amount of Rs.75,000/- with interest and
costs of Rs.99,507/- only as per decree direction and the remaining balance
amount of Rs.25,000/- was kept in fixed deposit for 1 year. The above said
amount of Rs.99,507/- was lying in C.C.D. I am entitled to withdraw the same
and there are no Attachments or Stay or Appeal on the said amount. I, under
take that if the Honble Court directs me to re-deposit the amount, I will deposit
the same. I am herewith filing my Bank Pass-Book.
Hence I pray that this Honble Court may be pleased to issue a cheque for
Rs.99,507/- (Rupees Ninety nine thousand five hundred and seven Only) in
favour of the Branch Manager, State Bank of India, Valaparla Branch, Martur
Mandal, Prakasam District, and he may be directed her to credit the same to the
S.B.A/c No.34766947005 of the petitioner in the interests of justice.

Solemnly affirmed and affixed her L.T.I before me the contents of the affidavit
is read over and explained in Telugu to the deponent and admitted her to be
correct on this the
day of July, 2015.
