Visioning A Gender Responsive Road Infrastructure

The document describes Tool 9, an assessment tool for evaluating the gender responsiveness of road infrastructure and related facilities. The tool is meant to serve as a guide and can be applied after construction is completed or to existing roads. Ideally, an external gender specialist conducts the assessment. They inspect the road infrastructure using a camera to record features and an inspection guide to identify areas for observation. After field inspection, the inspection team reviews the guide and selects applicable items to evaluate the observed road.
