INDEXING)
Now a days honing machine is played important roles in industries
for high precision and accuracy honing machine is mostly used for finishing
g automobile cylinders. It is used to produce an extremely fine finish of an
object. Abrasives black are forged against the work surface under very light
pressure in a rotatory motion.

Several size holes may be produced

simultaneously.
In Honing machine holes of any diameter or length may be honed. A
high degree of accuracy and surface finish can be obtained. The honing
operation is more productive that lapping for finishing of holes. Relatively
high productivity as compared to lapping.
