Two Minute Outline

The opening sequence starts with a wide shot of a man walking


down the stairs in his house then cuts to a birds-eye view
shot of him picking up his jacket from the bottom of the
stairs. He then picks up his keys from the counter table next
to the door and exits the house. It then cuts to a wide shot
of him closing the door, then pans to show him walking toward
his car. You then see a tracking shot following him until he
reaches the car door, which then cuts to a POV shot of his
hand opening the car door. We then see a close up of him
sitting in the car as he just gets in. After this you see an
extreme close up of his eyes then cuts to him fixing the
position of the car mirror in the car so he can see the boot
of the car. We then see an eye-line match of him looking at
the boot with a focus pull on the car boot. After this we see
another POV shot showing him about to insert the car keys to
start the car but then is interrupted by a loud bang. This
then cuts to a wide shot of the car which is continuously
moving only but only a little. We then see him get out of the
car and look from left to right (POV) but he sees nothing that
could have made the sound. So you then see him look around the
car for any possible dents but he doesnt see any damage to
it. He then walks slowly to the boot of the car and opens it,
the shot then turns to an extreme close up of his facial
expression then an eye-line match and we see a girl tied up in
the boot. It then cuts back to his face with the same close up
and he says I thought I told you to shut-up! we then see a
POV shot from the girls perspective and see the boot slam
shut.
